The second half sees over 200 performers on stage as the Orchestra join forces with two of Bristol's flagship choirs, the City of Bristol Choir and Bristol Choral Society, and stellar cast of world class soloists to perform Beethoven's Symphony No.9 (Choral Symphony), whose epic symphonic journey culminates in the visionary finale featuring the famous choral setting of Friedrich Schiller's "Ode to Joy."  This concert is supported by the Bristol Music Trust and profits will go to Save the Children’s Syria Crisis Appeal.
